About GaussMathematics

GaussMathematics is building a world data infrastructure for models that understand the world.

We work with virtual worlds, simulation systems, and physical environments to produce structured multimodal data engines for world models, robotics, and physical AI. Our work includes world-state snapshots, synchronized multi-view video, action-state trajectories, replayable traces, benchmark tasks, evaluation records, and customer-specific data pipelines.

We work with frontier teams building the next generation of spatial intelligence, embodied AI, robotics systems, generative video, simulation, and physical AI.

About the role

We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Lead to expand our customer network across North America.

This is an entrepreneurial, high-ownership role at the intersection of frontier AI, technical go-to-market, strategic partnerships, and customer development. You will work directly with founders, technical teams, and customers to identify high-value data needs, define project scopes, build trust with sophisticated customers, and turn early conversations into long-term partnerships.

This is not a conventional partnership or sales role. The work requires technical curiosity, strong communication, structured thinking, and the ability to understand ambiguous customer problems before they are fully defined. You should be comfortable shaping the path forward together with customers, not just responding to requirements that already exist.

You will define how a new category of world data infrastructure reaches frontier AI teams.

What you will do

  • Identify and build relationships with frontier AI labs, world model teams, robotics companies, game and simulation companies, generative video teams, and physical AI organizations.
  • Lead customer conversations to understand model goals, data bottlenecks, evaluation needs, environment constraints, and deployment requirements.
  • Translate customer needs into clear internal scopes, including targeted datasets, data engines, pilot projects, and long-term partnerships.
  • Help customers refine and redefine their needs as the collaboration develops.
  • Work closely with technical teams to shape proposals, define deliverables, evaluate feasibility, and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of strategic accounts across North America.
  • Own customer follow-up, meeting preparation, proposal coordination, and commercial negotiation.
  • Represent GaussMathematics with credibility, precision, and confidentiality.

What we are looking for

  • Strong interest in AI infrastructure, robotics, simulation, world models, data systems, or frontier AI.
  • Good judgment in early, ambiguous, and not-yet-fully-defined customer conversations.
  • Ability to handle high-trust relationships and confidential customer information.
  • Ability to drive outreach, discovery, scoping, follow-up, and deal execution.
  • A builder mindset: you are excited to create the playbook, not just follow one.
  • Experience in strategic partnerships, enterprise go-to-market, business development, solutions, technical sales, or a similar function.

The above experience is valuable, but not the only thing we care about. What matters most is that you bring:

  • Original thinking
  • Integrity and sincerity
  • A long-term mindset
  • Curiosity about the world
  • Entrepreneurial energy and a strong sense of ownership

Strong signals

  • Experience selling to, partnering with, or developing customers across AI labs, robotics companies, autonomous systems teams, gaming companies, simulation companies, enterprise AI teams, or developer infrastructure companies.
  • Familiarity with machine learning data, model evaluation, simulation workflows, computer vision, multimodal systems, or robotics pipelines.
  • Experience with complex technical services, custom data projects, infrastructure products, or early enterprise pilots.
  • An existing network across North American AI, robotics, gaming, simulation, or frontier technology ecosystems.
  • Experience in an early-stage company or a 0–1 environment.

What success looks like

Success in this role means building trusted relationships with the right customers, deeply understanding their technical data needs, and helping them move toward world models and AI systems that can better understand, predict, and act in the world.

You will help us understand where the market is going, which customer problems matter most, and how world data infrastructure should be packaged, scoped, and delivered.

Why join

GaussMathematics is working on a foundational problem: how to turn complex environments into structured data systems for models that need to understand, predict, and act in the world.

This is an opportunity to join early, work close to the company’s core strategy, and help build the commercial foundation for a new category of AI data infrastructure.
